(1) The Dragon transformation

Explanation: Last year, my current boss needed a quick turnaround (2 hours) to produce a "mascot" for the basketball team that he coached. This mascot was supposed to be a blue dragon. He found dragon clip art on the Internet (see below left) but the dragon was not blue. He also wanted the dragon to be fire-breathing. I told him I would do my best with the two hours in which I had to work. I changed the colors of the dragon in Photoshop, made six frames of animations of the dragon breathing the fire (click here to see), pulled those images into ImageReady and looped the shots.
